Shipping & returns policy.

Delivery: You have placed an order online… now what?!

Within 72 hours of receiving your order, our team will carefully package and send it on its way to you with Australia Post, taking between 2-8 business days.

As soon as we have sent your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email, complete with a tracking number.

International Shipping:

We are currently shipping to New Zealand and North America, and hope to expand to other countries soon.

For international deliveries, you should receive your order within 15 working days. Please note that parcels may also need to be processed through international customs to enter your selected country. We advise you to allow for this possible delay.

Our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable by the customer upon delivery.

If your order has not arrived within the allocated time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

International orders will require a signature on delivery and parcels will always be taken to a nearby USPS if you are not home. You will receive confirmation that your order has been delivered via email. 

Returns:

We hope your St. Maartin’s purchase brings you joy, but if for some reason you are not happy with the fit, or have had a change of mind, we will be happy for you to return your purchase for a full credit or refund (we do not offer automatic exchanges due to stock availability). 

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, providing the following conditions are met:

  • You email us at hello@stmaartin.com.au to advise your intention to return the item and your preferred option of refund or credit note.

  • You receive a confirmation that the item is returnable (ie. Not a sale item unless faulty)

  • The purchase was made in the last 30 days from St. Maartin.com.au

  • You have the receipt.

  • The goods have not been worn, damaged, washed or dry cleaned.

  • The goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. If any items are returned that aren't in a saleable condition, we can refuse a refund.

  • You return the item at your cost, via an Australia Post Express Bag, making note of the tracking number.

All refunds will be processed as per your original method of payment.

Faulty Items:

We are committed to ensuring our garments are of the best quality as we check and hand pack all items prior to shipping them.  If any of your garments are faulty, please follow the returns process above attaching a photo of the fault to the email. 

We will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.  Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.
