What do we do with your information?

St. Maartin (also referred to in this policy as “we”, “our” and “us”) recognises that the privacy of your personal information is important to you. 

When you purchase something from our online store, in order to fulfill the order, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address.

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. 

When you browse our store, our website collects personal data to power our site analytics.  We automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Information may also be obtained from you, with your knowledge and consent, during product launches, surveys, pop-up shops or stalls for the purpose of product development and service improvements.

Emails may be sent to you in relation to fulfilling your order.

If you subscribe to our site, we may send you marketing material.

Squarespace

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s multiple Tier III data centres and secure content delivery networks. All Squarespace website traffic is encrypted via SSL providing a secure end to end connection for our customers.

Third Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
